Long Island Commercial Pulled Off the Air
Monday, December 2nd , 2047
It seems that members of the Long Island Lighthouse should perhaps stick to baseball.
The club had shot a series of light-hearted commercials to promote their upcoming season, but they have now been pulled off the local network, as the club didn't feel they were resonating with fans.
"It was fun while it lasted," said Jaime Espinar. "I like my time as a TV star."
Dread Roberts, who was featured prominently in the commercials playing tricks on his teammates, said he was disappointed in the news.
"I guess I'll just have to keep my pranks for the clubhouse," he said.
