More Woes for Coeur Valentin Calhamar Thursday, October 10th , 2047 St. Louis Coeur starting pitcher Valentin Calhamar is not healing as well as expected as he recovers from a strained back muscle and will miss an additional 4 days as a result. Calhamar had been working with the team medical staff, but was taken to a specialist as a precaution. Examination revealed more damage than originally thought. Looking at his season stats, Calhamar has won 4 and lost 6, collecting 63 strikeouts and 22 walks in 96.2 innings with a 4.00 ERA. |
