The Beaumont Crossbeaus beat the Flint Crush, 10-2. Beaumont pitcher and Enola, Pennsylvania, native Casey Parsons led the way. Parsons got the win, improving to 9-1. He allowed 6 hits and walked 2 over 7 innings. Parsons allowed 2 runs. Flint's current losing streak is now 4 games.

The Crush had been locked in a 2-2 tie with the Crossbeaus going into the bottom of the fourth inning. That changed quickly when the 19-year old second baseman Gustavo Rosales came to the plate. Rosales hit a run-scoring double on a 1-1 cutter from Flint hurler Ramón Carmona. It was Rosales's 14th double of the year.
