The Beaumont Crossbeaus topped the Flint Crush, 5-0, in USSL Rookie action at Flint Park. The standout performance belonged to Beaumont pitcher and Enola, Pennsylvania, native Casey Parsons. The win puts Beaumont at 44-24 this season.

The Crush had little chance against Parsons, who overpowered Flint hitters and struck out 12.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Beaumont manager Steve Ferguson.
