Westcott Shackles Watford City in 3-1 Crossbeaus Win
|
Beaumont Crossbeaus pitcher Douggie Westcott was in fine form, leading his team past the Watford City Trash Pandas, 3-1. Alex Thompson finished to wrap up his 2nd save. The Trash Pandas drop to 6-10.
Westcott was effective against the Trash Pandas, seldom allowing a hard-hit ball. The right-hander limited Watford City to just 1 run on 2 hits over 8 innings.
"Douggie was throwing free and easy," said Beaumont manager Steve Ferguson.
