Levittown Beats Idaho Falls in Extra Innings
The Levittown Blue Dragons had to overcome a big game from Idaho Falls designated hitter Gaballah Murunga to leave Idaho Falls Park with a victory. And they did, winning 5-3. Murunga was 2 for 5 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Earning his 3rd save for Levittown was Carlos Morales. The Chukars, at 35-39, have lost 6 straight games.

Levittown needed the clutch hitting of Armondo Platina to notch the win. The third baseman hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the 13th inning to put the Blue Dragons on top, 5-3. For the game, Platina had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
