Castro K's 12 En Route to 4-0 Yellows Win
|
Pitcher Jorge Castro was sensational for the Yucca Valley Yellows in his team's 4-0 triumph over the Monroeville Yinzers. Castro picked up the win, and it was well-earned. Yucca Valley is second in the Silver A with a record of 50-33.
Castro scattered 2 hits over 6 innings for the Yellows. With the win, Castro moves to 4-1 on the year with 59 strikeouts.
"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Yucca Valley manager Santiago Rigney.
