Despite a great performance by Chicago second baseman Jason Bowers, the Levittown Blue Dragons defeated the Tula by the score of 5-2 at Ramblers Ballpark. Bowers went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. Levittown reliever Tuo-zhou Zhào picked up the win, upping his record to 1-2. Dave Martin took the loss. Chicago, at 10-15, has lost 4 straight.

Levittown used the clutch hitting of Ming-an Szema to snag the win. The designated hitter drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Blue Dragons ahead, 4-2. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a crucial one.

In postgame remarks, Szema said: "To all who've been doubting my effort -- I hope they saw this game."
