Bats Fail for Lakers in 8-1 Loss
|
The San Mateo Dirty Reds and starting pitcher Sylvain Richard stifled the Echo Park offense en route to a comfortable 8-1 win at Lang Park. Early on, the Dirty Reds, at 10-3, have excelled.
Richard scattered 2 hits over 7.1 innings for the Dirty Reds. With the win, Richard goes to 3-0 on the year with 27 strikeouts.
"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Richard said.
