The Huntington Hermit Crabs got a stellar performance from pitcher Tyrone Tolbert, who handcuffed the Grand Forks offense en route to a win, 7-2, at The Cocoon. Tolbert, now 6-2, was the winner. In 6.2 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 9, walking 0, and allowing 2 runs. The Hermit Crabs own a robust 48-19 mark.

Huntington used the clutch hitting of Arhippa Rintala to capture the win. The designated hitter drilled a solo home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Hermit Crabs ahead, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"I like the roll we're on," said Huntington manager Mike Evans.
