Delmarva picked up a win at The Cage, toppling the Washington Generals, 4-2. Pitcher Kevin Brown was one of the reasons the Gallos triumphed. Dan Kennedy converted his 2nd save in 2 tries. The win gives Delmarva a season record of 41-25.

Delmarva took a 4-1 lead on Todd Gallagher's 5th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Gallagher hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Washington pitcher Gabriel García shaking his head.

"It's always a heck of a lot easier to get to sleep after a win," Gallagher told the Delmarva Today. "I know I'll rest easy tonight."
