Behind a solid performance from center fielder Ken Brown, the Delmarva Gallos defeated the Washington Generals, 5-4. Brown was 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Gallos. Delmarva raised its record to 28-22 with the win.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With no one out, Brown hit a cutter from Fernando Ramírez for a solo home run. The Gallos, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"Enjoyed this one," Brown told the Delmarva Today. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
