Generals Go Down to Defeat, 6-0
The Grand Forks Caterpillars defeated the Washington Generals, 6-0, in USSL Single A action at The Cocoon. Grand Forks pitcher Nathan Sims had a standout performance. The win brings the Caterpillars to 8-6, a promising start as the team looks to return to the playoffs.

Monte Shafer put Grand Forks in front, 6-0, when he took Brian Campbell downtown. His 3-run home run came with two out in the bottom of the fourth. It was his 1st home run of the season.

"My job is to go out and play as hard as I can for the Caterpillars," said Sims.
