Thrilling Walk-Off Win for Thunder Hawks
In a tight contest at Thunder Hawks Ballpark, the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks edged the Olympia Ogres by the score of 7-6. Ft. Polk South second baseman Danny McElroy, who blasted 1 home run, was a key contributor. Ft. Polk South reliever Albert Poe picked up the win, upping his record to 3-7. Yun-fat Ju was saddled with the loss. Ft. Polk South has run its win streak to 6 in a row.

Dale McKee was the walk-off hero for Ft. Polk South. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Thunder Hawks designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
