Thunder Hawks Rally For 3-1 Win
The Richland Rails got a superb performance from pitcher Manny Guerra. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Ft. Polk South. The Thunder Hawks won the game, 3-1. Guerra threw 6.2 innings of 3-hit ball. Roberto Córdova, now 2-4, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. Ft. Polk South has now won 3 in a row.

Ft. Polk South took a 3-1 lead on Dale McKee's 2nd double of the season. The 2-run double, which McKee hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Richland pitcher Todd Wilcox visibly frustrated.

"Every loss stings," said Richland manager Dave Orchard. "This one is no exception."
