Bruno Leads Cangrejos Fantasmas to Win
The Chesapeake Cangrejos Fantasmas beat the Virginia Beach Whales, 6-3, at Ghost Crab Park. Javier Bruno went 2 for 2 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. The 23-year old center fielder was a menace to Virginia Beach all day. The victory gives Chesapeake a record of 45-34.

Bruno had a key at-bat for Chesapeake early in the game. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 23rd home run of the season and gave Chesapeake an early 2-0 lead.

"Good win for our guys," said Bruno.
