The Billings Polar Bears racked up a win at Blues Field, bumping off the Barton Springs Blues, 2-1. Michael MacGregor, who started for Billings, pitched effectively for his team. With the win, Billings pushed its record to 25-22.

Billings used the bat of Francisco Gallardo to get the win. The right fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Polar Bears ahead, 2-1. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it did its damage.

Gallardo told a Billings Daily News reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
