Barton Springs right fielder David Taylor had a 4-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Squirrel Hill Pierogis, 4-3. The Blues are now 15-20, while the Pierogis fall to 12-23.

Taylor came through with some timely hitting for Barton Springs. With Squirrel Hill trailing 3-0 in the top of the sixth, Taylor hit a 1-1 slider for a grand slam home run. His 4th home run of the season made it 4-3, Barton Springs.

After the game, Barton Springs manager Joe Kehoe applauded the team's effort. "They busted their tails out there," he said.
