The Buffalo White Walkers defeated the Charleston Battery, 10-2. Doing his part was second baseman Da-xia Hui, who was 2 for 3 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Jim Jordan was the winner. Over 6.1 innings, he allowed 2 runs on 4 hits, with 2 walks and 10 strikeouts. Buffalo now has a 3-game win streak.
The White Walkers got a big at-bat from third baseman Tetsu Matsumoto, who in the bottom of the first hit a 3-run home run. It was his 6th home run of the season and put the White Walkers on top, 3-0.
