Ft. Worth designated hitter Rafael Abasto helped his team beat the Charleston Battery, 9-4. Abasto, who finished 3rd in the 3L in OPS with .947 in 2042, went 3 for 3 for the Cattlemen. Jason Starkey was the winning pitcher. Over 6 innings, he allowed 2 runs on 5 hits, with 2 walks and 9 strikeouts. With the victory, the Cattlemen record now stands at 29-31.
