Syracuse first baseman Tomás Sánchez helped his team beat the Pawnee ParksNRec, 10-8. Sánchez went 3 for 5 for the Squirrel Monkeys. The second-place ParksNRec have lost 4 consecutive games.

Syracuse used the clutch hitting of Jeremy Clifton to capture the win. The right fielder drilled a run-scoring double in the top of the 12th inning to give the Squirrel Monkeys the lead, 9-8. For the game, Clifton had 1 single and 2 doubles in 6 at-bats.
