Rainbeaus Upend Black Mambas, 9-3
The Kansas Rainbeaus topped the Austin Black Mambas, 9-3, in USSL Triple A action at Mamba Park. The game was highlighted by the performance of Kansas pitcher Félix Torres. Francisco Borges, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 1st save. The 5th-place Rainbeaus go to 19-20.

Kansas relied on the bat of Shun Fukui to get the win. The first baseman ripped a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Rainbeaus ahead, 4-1. For the game, Fukui had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.

"Félix is still learning," said Rainbeaus manager Rafael Herrera. "The sky's the limit for him."
