The Ellenburg Fighting Dachsunds topped the Hialeah Dodos by a score of 4-3. Leading the way was third baseman David Alcabú. Alcabú went 3 for 4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk for the Fighting Dachsunds. Reliever Zi-cheng Pei picked up the win. His record improves to 2-1. André Noël took the loss. The Fighting Dachsunds raised their record to 15-14.

Jessie Hall was the walk-off hero for Ellenburg. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Fighting Dachsunds second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Feels good to get the job done," Hall said after the game.
