The home team gave their fans plenty to cheer about, with a thrilling walk-off win.

The Florida Men took Baton Rouge pitcher Luis Díaz's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Psychos Ballpark. The final score had Florida getting past the Brass, 7-4. Díaz went 5 innings and allowed no runs, striking out 5. The Men go to 35-63 with the win.

Izaak Gerkis was the walk-off hero for Florida. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Men center fielder hit a dramatic 3-run home run to send the teams home.

"It's great when the crowd is energized," Gerkis said.
