Humpbacks Suffer 7-3 Setback
The Plymouth Rocks topped the Alaskan Humpbacks by the score of 7-3, with the biggest share of the credit going to second baseman Nick Davis. Davis went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 for the Rocks on the day. The save was credited to Thad Parker, his 5th. The win for the Rocks raised their record to 39-26.

The Rocks got a big at-bat from designated hitter Dan Webb. For the game, Webb was 1 for 5 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 10th home run of the season gave Plymouth a 6-3 lead.
