Sixshooters Roll to 8-1 Win Over Thunder
|
Ray Hill impressed in the 8-1 Westwood win over St. Petersburg. Hill went 3-4 with a double and 2 singles, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. The victory makes Westwood 1-1.
In the bottom of the fourth, Westwood catcher Rob Fuller had a productive at-bat. With runners on 1st and 2nd and one out, Fuller stroked a run-scoring single to right. It made the score 1-0, Westwood. For the game, he went 1 for 3 with a walk.
"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Hill told the Westwood Observer.
