The Plymouth Rocks topped the Calgary Lynx, 5-2, in USPL Triple A action at Plymouth Quarry. The game was highlighted by the performance of Plymouth pitcher Lance Farmer. Farmer picked up the win for Plymouth, going 6.1 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 2-0. Ari Schaller recorded the save, his 8th.

In the bottom of the sixth, Plymouth designated hitter Bob Holmes put his team on top. With two out and a runner on 3rd, he hit his 2nd home run of the year. Calgary pitcher Víctor Trujillo served it up. Just like that, the Rocks were ahead, 3-2.

"We're in a funk and we need to shake ourselves out of it," said Calgary manager Rafael Clemente.
