Edward Stokes Selected August's Best Batter Saturday, September 1st , 2046 Edward Stokes may be much younger than other hitters in the USSL Rookie, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in August to win the Batter of the Month award. The 21-year-old Capital Hill center fielder hit .325 with 5 home runs, 20 RBIs and 18 runs scored. This season in 32 games Stokes is batting .308 with 9 home runs, 29 RBIs and has scored 27 times. |
