Serrano: Big Hit in the USSL Rookie Monday, July 23rd , 2046 José Serrano of the Amarillo Warheads was locked in all week as he bullied the pitchers he faced. Serrano put up some great numbers and hauled in the USSL Rookie Player of the Week trophy. He hit .407 with 1 home run and 9 RBIs. The 20-year-old center fielder also scored 5 runs and for the week went 11-for-27. On the year Serrano has hit .221 with 1 home run, 23 RBIs and scored 15 runs. |
