van Aerden Named Top Reliever for PR Sunday, September 23rd , 2046 He may only be 21, but Ton van Aerden of the Athletic Club KC U-21 has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the USPL Rookie. The reliever was today named the PR Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2046. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 8 saves in 37 relief appearances and 87 strikeouts in 52.2 innings. He had a record of 7-0 to go with his 0.85 ERA. He received 7 first place votes out of a possible 10. Sidney Kuijkhoven of the Athletic Club KC U-21 finished second in voting with 3 first place votes, while Frank Cunningham of the Germantown Uruguayans finished third.
