Toledo's Copeland Sidelined for Season Thursday, July 19th , 2046 The season is apparently over for Kent Copeland. The Toledo Saboteurs medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 11 months with a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament. Copeland was hurt in the game against Westwood while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. This year Copeland has a 0-1 record with a 2.08 ERA in 0 starts. |
