Xin-fang Zha Sidelined for Season Friday, September 14th , 2046 The season is finished for Xin-fang Zha of the Ithaca Fighting Imps. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Fighting Imps reliever suffered a torn triceps while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Lancaster Farmers. Team doctors said it would take at least 4 months to heal. During this season he has made 44 relief appearances, earning a 5-9 record with 23 saves. In 56.1 innings Zha has struck out 46 with a 3.04 ERA. |
