3AA Player of the Week Goes to Ru of Casper Monday, July 30th , 2046 26-year-old Kuan Ru made a few Casper headlines during this past week as the rookie third baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and M3L Double A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 10 hits in 18 at-bats to put up a .556 average. Ru collected 1 home run, 4 RBIs and scored 5 runs. A look at his season totals shows Ru with 5 home runs, .251 BA, .321 OBP, 28 RBIs and 26 runs scored. |
