Nationals Bill Jones to Miss Year Tuesday, July 10th , 2046 The season is ending on a bad note for Bill Jones, starting pitcher for the Ottawa Nationals. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Jones was hurt against the Asheville Highlanders while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn back muscle and will be out for at least 4-5 months. This year Jones has posted a 3-3 mark in 10 starts and has a 4.86 ERA. |
