Sigurdson Smacks 5 Hits for Drummers Tuesday, May 29th , 2046 Leland Sigurdson really sizzled at the plate in today's 9-3 win over Blitzkrieg. The Tortolita center fielder blistered Port Huron for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Sigurdson was too tough to get out today," the Blitzkrieg skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Leland Sigurdson hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Dave Parkinson in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off David Graham in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 9th.
