Best PAAA Reliever Named
Saturday, October 6th , 2046
At the age of 23, Nathan May says he still has a lot to learn about life in USPL Triple A.
But he certainly seems to be a quick study, as the Jersey City Tritons reliever was better than all others this year and has captured the 2046 USPL Triple A Reliever of the Year Award.
"I hope to win this a few more times before all is said and done in my career," the Front Royal, Virginia native said.
For the season, May had 27 saves in 41 relief appearances, which totaled 47.2. He fanned 36 betters, while walking 13 and put up a record of 4-2 to go with his 1.89 ERA.
He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Todd Dean of the Monongahela Monsters finished second in voting, while Albert Crawford of the Plymouth Rocks finished third.
