Nobles Win 2046 PL AAA Championship Tuesday, September 25th , 2046 The Bakersfield Nobles ignited a huge celebration as they beat the Plymouth Rocks 15-8 to win the PL AAA Championship. Bakersfield won the series 3-1, capturing the title for the 13th time. "We stepped it up at the right time, and now we're the champs," said Bakersfield manager Jesús Román. "It's a great feeling." The champs finished the regular season 73-29 and claimed first place in the Premier AAA. In the jubilant clubhouse after the decisive game, series MVP and first baseman Chin-seok Chong said the Nobles have "great fans and they deserve this."
