Smith Wins PAAA Player of the Week Trophy Monday, September 17th , 2046 At the age of 27, Jeffery Smith might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Hartford left fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .545 batting average. For his efforts Smith collected the USPL Triple A Player of the Week Award. He racked up 6 hits in 11 at-bats, 1 home run and 4 RBIs last week in 3 games. So far this season Smith has 2 home runs and a .191 batting average. |
