Hodge Takes Best Bat Award in August Saturday, September 1st , 2046 For a rookie just breaking in, Steve Hodge certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the PAAA Batter of the Month award for August. The 25-year-old first baseman for the Pennsauken Flyers hit .362 with 6 home runs, 18 RBIs and 13 runs scored. So far this season Hodge has 19 home runs and a .321 batting average. |
