Hartford Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Sunday, August 26th , 2046 Even the most die-hard fans of the Hartford Pride will likely now start focusing on next year. The team was today mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. "We're disappointed," said Pride reliever Bill Aylwin. "Not just for ourselves, but also for the fans that stick with us every year." This is the club's 11th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2021.In total, the Pride have missed the playoffs 16 times in their 17-year history. Hartford has won the PL AAA Championship 3 times in their history. |
