Padilla Strokes 6 Hits Friday, June 8th , 2046 It seemed that Hartford right fielder Rafael Padilla could do no wrong as the Pride KO'd the Humpbacks, 13-8 today. Padilla rapped out 6 hits in 6 at-bats and seemed to know which pitches Humpbacks hurlers were throwing. "I think the Pride were stealing signs," growled one unhappy Alaskan fan after the game. "I just felt good today. I saw the ball well and just wanted to make good contact and put the ball in play," said the jubilant Padilla in the postgame press interview. Rafael Padilla hit a solo-shot off Kwang-sik Kang in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, hit a GRAND SLAM off Kwang-sik Kang in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 6th, doubled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
