At the age of 23, Don Williams says he still has a lot to learn about life in Menard's Third League.

But he certainly seems to be a quick study, as the Las Vegas Flamingos reliever was better than all others this year and has captured the 2046 Menard's Third League Reliever of the Year Award.

"I hope to win this a few more times before all is said and done in my career," the Golf Manor, Ohio native said.

For the season, Williams had 32 saves in 50 relief appearances, which totaled 58.2. He fanned 76 betters, while walking 20 and put up a record of 6-1 to go with his 1.53 ERA.

Gunner Cross of the Panama City Piranhas finished second in voting, while Armando Trujillo of the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC finished third.
