Season Ends for Héctor Heredice of Oakland Monday, September 24th , 2046 Héctor Heredice of the Oaks just might have to call it quits for the season. The 25-year-old Oakland third baseman received a possible season-ending injury against the Panama City Piranhas recently at The Oak Grove. Heredice suffered a broken kneecap while running the bases. The Oaks medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 4 months. This season Heredice is batting .197 with 10 home runs. His totals include 30 RBIs and 53 runs scored. |
