Ohm Keeps Hit Streak Alive
Monday, September 17th , 2046
And the streak goes on.
Jae-woo Ohm collected yet another hit in the 6-3 Oakland Oaks win over the Northern Lions BC at The Oak Grove today. The Oakland left fielder finished 2-for-3 in the game. During an extended batting practice session before the game, the famously hard-working Ohm had fielded questions from reporters about his hitting streak, which now sits at 20 games.
"I'm not doing too much special," he said. "I'm well-prepared and I'm just trying to get the bat on the ball and put it in play." Jae-woo Ohm flied out in the 1st, doubled in the 4th, walked in the 5th and doubled in the 7th.
During the current season Ohm is batting at a .329 clip with 21 home runs and 72 RBIs. He has played in 101 games and scored 60 times.
