PA Reliever of the Year Award Winner Named Saturday, September 22nd , 2046 Jorge RodrÃguez was a calming influence out of the Athletic Club KC U-24 bullpen this season. His teammates and manager said he had a poised demeanor about him that was typical of someone much older and more experienced. His poise has paid off, as the 23-year-old turned in a sparkling season and has been named the winner of the USPL Single A Reliever of the Year Award for 2046. The Villa Altagracia, Dominican Republic native won the award with 6 saves in 28 relief appearances, 73 strikeouts in 54 innings and a record of 2-0 to go with his 1.17 ERA. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Todd Gould of the Myrtle Beach Seahawks finished second in voting, while Matt Jenkins of the Chicago Tula finished third.
