PA Votes Chukars Fields Top Player Monday, July 9th , 2046 23-year-old Jeff Fields made a few Idaho Falls headlines during this past week as the rookie center fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and USPL Single A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 6 hits in 10 at-bats to put up a .600 average. Fields collected no home runs, 4 RBIs and scored 2 runs. |
