Caldwell Blanks Kennesaw Behind Woods Monday, June 18th , 2046 Dan Woods was impressive at Pipers Ballpark today in the Caldwell Chiefs' 11-0 shutout victory over the Kennesaw Jets. The Caldwell pitcher mystified the Jets in a strong performance, giving up 6 hits and totaling no walks and 7 strikeouts. "Dan had them chasing a lot of pitches and talking to themselves," Caldwell manager Kevin Fields. "It was something special to watch."
