2046 Premier Player Selected By 3A
Saturday, September 29th , 2046
At the age of 22, Ángelo Campos of the Syracuse Storm could very well have his best years ahead of him.
It's a startling thought when you consider the year he had in 2046 was good enough to win the center fielder the M3L Single A Outstanding Hitter Award.
"See the ball, hit the ball," he said. "That's my basic approach."
The top hitter put up a .295 batting average this year, as well as a .385 on-base percentage. He played 96 games and racked up 100 hits, 12 doubles, 2 triples, 13 home runs, 53 RBIs and 51 runs scored.
He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Hsiao-lou Rui of the Syracuse Storm finished second in voting, while Eugene Huggins of the Syracuse Storm finished third.
