Kingston Shut Out by Bass Friday, August 17th , 2046 Grand Forks Caterpillars right-hander Will Bass used his full arsenal today to shoot down the Kingston Mangos 12-0. All day long, he exhibited fine command of all his pitches, giving up no walks and striking out 11. Bass allowed 3 hits to Kingston in the victory. "It felt like my catcher and I were on the same page all day, and Kingston was on a way, way different page," Bass said. This season Bass has made no relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 9-3 won-lost mark and a 3.27 ERA. In pitching 96.1 innings, he has totaled 77 strikeouts and 17 walks.
