Fans watched the Amarillo Warheads and the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish fight to the finish.

The Plattsburgh Puffer Fish got a superb performance from pitcher Jeff Morehead, but the Amarillo Warheads still won the game, 4-3. Morehead threw 7.1 innings allowing 4 runs. Roy Harris finished to wrap up his 5th save.

The game was at a stalemate until catcher Ta-kai You came to bat in the bottom of the eighth. Facing Plattsburgh pitcher Jeff Morehead, he hit a 0-2 curveball for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Amarillo on top, 4-3.

At 21-31, Amarillo is in 9th place in the Silver R.
